Fed up with musculoskeletal conditions? Are migraine patients giving you a headache? Why not send them to us? We will complete a free 1 hour assessment and advise the patient on the next course of action. We pride ourselves on getting people better and if we are unable to help the patient we will tell them so and refer them onto someone who can help...without costing the patient a penny!

We are currently offering initial assessments free of charge in order to allow people to come and see us quickly, any further treatment that might be required will be charged for. If you have any patients that might benefit from this system please do not hesitate to refer them.

Referrals
Our down-loadable referral form is below simply print and send to us and we will arrange an appointment with the patient. It is our practice to write to you and keep you informed on the patients progress.
