Caroline Southgate MCSP
Chartered Physiotherapist, HPC and registered with all major insurers including BUPA, PPP

Caroline leads the physiotherapy team and is specialist in treating hand injuries, dizziness and vertigo and general musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, back pain, neck pain and headaches. Caroline also uses acupuncture for pain relief and runs Pilates classes.

cs Physio Ltd also runs a range of courses for physiotherapists and therapy assistants nationally. Caroline implements and teaches on these courses and is a visiting clinical tutor for the University of Hertfordshire physiotherapy degree students. Caroline is available at both the One Day and Phoenix Hospital clinics.

Sally joined the team in November 2010  having moved to Leigh on sea with her family. Sallys career has followed a special interest in Back problems and lower limb injury and surgery. She uses acupuncture as part of her treatment methods if appropriate. Sally is based in our Leigh on sea Clinic.

Daniel Coughlan MCSP MSc

Dan has  a bachelors degree in sports injury and has completed an MSc to become a Chartered Physiotherapist. He is based in our Suffolk Clinic and is available to treat athletes and the rest of us alike!
