Caroline Southgate MCSP
Chartered Physiotherapist, HPC and registered with all major insurers including BUPA, PPP

Caroline leads the physiotherapy team and is specialist in treating hand injuries, dizziness and vertigo and general musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, back pain, neck pain and headaches. Caroline also uses acupuncture for pain relief and runs Pilates classes.

cs Physio Ltd also runs a range of courses for physiotherapists and therapy assistants nationally. Caroline implements and teaches on these courses and is a visiting clinical tutor for the University of Hertfordshire physiotherapy degree students. Caroline is available at both the One Day and Phoenix Hospital clinics.

Rebecca Lewis MCSP
Chartered physiotherapist, HPC and registered with most major insurers

Rebecca is a chartered physiotherapist with a special interest in neurological problems and pain management. Rebecca works with a local football team and has a keen interest in sports injuries. She graduated from the University of East Anglia and is available for home visits or appointments at the Phoenix Hospital clinic.

Grace Allston MCSP
Chartered physiotherapist, HPC and registered with all major insurers including PPP

Grace is an experienced physiotherapist with a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, womens health and rehabilitation. Grace has worked in both military and NHS physiotherapy, is able to prescribe and teaches exercise classes. Grace is available for appointments at our Bildeston clinic.

Rebecca Dunkerley MCSP
Chartered physiotherapist, HPC and registered with most major insurers 

Rebecca has spent the last year working as a physiotherapist in France, supervising a team of 5 physiotherapists at a Paris based clinic. She is passionate about health, fitness and nutrition with her interests being in joint and muscle injuries as well as cardiac rehab and general fitness conditioning. She has worked with 2 American Football Teams and has developed good knowledge of sports injuries. Rebecca speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and French. Rebecca is available for appointments at our Hornchurch clinic.

Helen Palmer MCSP

Helen has specialised in hand injury for several years at St Andrews Regional Centre for plastic surgery. She is currently at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford and is available for appointments at our One Day clinic.
